Dr. Clark Schierle completed the prestigious Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency program at Northwestern University where he received extensive training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body. He also successfully completed a six year PhD and four year MD at Harvard University after graduating from UCLA at the early age of sixteen.
Dr. Schierle’s expertise in both the cosmetic and reconstructive aspects of Plastic Surgery has been recognized nationally by awards from both the Wound Healing Society and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Deborah Bianco

Deborah Bianco is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a BS in Sociology. Received a Degree in Applied Sciences and worked at Presbyterian Saint Luke’s Hospital in Chicago as an X-Ray Technologist. After several years in the Medical Field she changed course, an began a twenty plus year career in retail sales, and management in the couture fashion business. She has developed a keen aesthetic eye, and brings her management experience to Lincoln Park Aesthetics as the supervising Owner.

Charisse Washington entered the beauty industry in 1997. Over the years, Charisse has fine-tuned her skills by broadening her expertise to include various facets in the field of beauty and cosmetic medicine. Charisse Washington is a Licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a licensed Aesthetician, Make-Up Artist and Nail Technician. Charisse is a powerhouse of knowledge on all things related to beauty and cosmetic surgery.
As a Make-Up artist for a top cosmetic company and one of the top national news networks) she has worked with A-list celebrities, top politicians, TV anchors and national leaders. Charisse is considered one of the top nurse injectors in the field, in addition to being certified in a plethora of laser and skin care technologies.
